Le Dr Mara Tignino, Coordinatrice de la Plateforme pour le droit international de l’eau douce au Pôle eau Genève, interviendra dans la session sur le thème « Getting the Best Out of Water Relief Actions : Case Studies and Legal Basis ».
Le thème du 4ème Istanbul International Water Forum porte sur « l’eau et la paix » et abordera en particulier la question des réfugiés.
